Getting around the product

Open the picks page to see sports with active signals, then expand an event card to read its selections. Confidence is the model probability estimate; odds are the available market price. Adding a pick to the betting slip organizes selections for comparison but does not place a wager. Sportsbook transactions occur only with the independent operator selected by the user.

If expected content is locked, first confirm that the correct account is signed in and that any qualifying access step has finished. Access can take time to reflect when an external partner must report an eligible action. Never repeat a deposit solely because an access status has not updated; contact support with the non-sensitive details of the issue.

Results and technical problems

Settled selections appear in the results history after verification. Pushes, voids, and pending markets are separated from decided wins and losses. For loading or display problems, refresh once, verify the device connection, and report the page, device, browser, approximate time, and visible error without sending passwords or payment information.
